THE CHALLENGE

“You have to assemble these four different storyboards into an original story and write a voiceover which will make us cry and convinces parents that playing is the best educational tool for their children. You have 45 minutes”. This was literally the brief.

THE IDEA

We thought that “learn by playing” despite being a cliché is very true for many parents. Playing is the best way of connecting with their children, while learning from them and about them. One of the key people involved in the job allegedly shed some tears while watching the commercial. My mom surely did.

VO: I wish I were big and strong, just as you see me.
But I am full of questions. How can you be so trustful?
Maybe you know something I’ve forgotten.
Maybe if I tried to be genuine like you,
I’d remember that dreams sometimes come true.
Then, my dream is to be just like you.
To forget what routine means, and not to be always so grounded.
To learn again to be amazed,
with the same amazement I feel when I discover new things through you.
When I look at you I learn to see the world through your eyes.
Maybe it’s just what we need to start making a better place of it, for all of you.
